This book I bought recently is about coffee. And they focus on Intelligentsia Coffee which is a famous coffee roaster based in Chicago, USA. I had their latte in LA several years ago. It was awesome! I love their style very much. If you go to the US, please stop by one of their coffee bars. They have some coffee bars in LA, NYC and Chicago.
